Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Journey and Memory (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the traveler (“you” or “client”). By booking a trip with us, you agree to these terms.

2Payment Methods & Security
- Online Payments: For privacy reasons, any payment made via an online payment link will be securely processed and must be confirmed by the client.
- Wire Transfers: Clients choosing this method must send a SWIFT copy as proof of transfer to help trace and confirm the payment. Kindly note that all bank transfer charges are at the sender’s expense.
- Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 10 days of departure, only credit card payments will be accepted.
3Prices & Inclusions
- Tour prices include services as specified in each booking. The inclusions, such as accommodation, guided tours, meals, entrance fees, and transportation, will depend on the specific itinerary provided.
- Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, or government taxes. However, once the client receives a firm confirmation from us, we guarantee the same prices.
- Prices do not include:
- International or domestic airfare, unless specifically mentioned.
- Travel insurance (highly recommended).
- Visa fees, personal expenses, and gratuities.
- Medical expenses or costs arising from unexpected illness.
- Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, or government taxes.
4Travel Insurance & Liability
- Travel insurance is not included and is highly recommended to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and unforeseen events.
- We are not liable for any illness, accidents, personal injuries, loss of belongings, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, political unrest, airline strikes, etc.).
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have adequate health insurance coverage for the trip.
5Passport, Visa & Health Requirements
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months of validity beyond the travel date).
- You are responsible for obtaining any required visas or travel permits.
- Health regulations and vaccination requirements for entry into Morocco are subject to government policies. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they meet all health requirements before departure.
- We are not responsible for any denied entry due to visa or passport issues.
6Traveler Responsibilities
- You must respect local laws, customs, and cultural norms during the trip.
- You must be physically fit for the activities included in your itinerary and disclose any medical conditions that may affect your travel experience.
- Any damage caused to hotels, transport, or property due to negligence or misconduct is your financial responsibility.
7Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, wildfires, etc.).
- Political instability, war, or government travel restrictions.
- Airline strikes, closures, or supplier bankruptcies.
In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or offer alternative solutions, but refunds are not guaranteed.
8Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions or operational constraints.
- If a significant change is made, we will notify you as soon as possible.
9Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- If you have a complaint during the trip, please inform us immediately so we can address it.
- Any disputes should first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of Morocco and settled in Moroccan courts.
10Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect personal data only for booking and communication purposes.
- We do not share your data with third parties, except those necessary for your travel arrangements (e.g., hotels, transport providers).
